Senior FullStack Developer

Position Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will own features end-to-end: from ideation and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering features rapidly while maintaining top-notch quality. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-impact, mission-critical features that enable customers to visualize, secure and manage NHI activity and risks in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Own features from concept through production, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Work across the stack to ship secure, performant, and maintainable backend services and intuitive UI interfaces.
• Proactively identify gaps or pain points and implement solutions that improve performance, UX, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and other engineers to deliver product features.
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions across frontend and backend layers.
• Ensure code quality and uphold development best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development in production environments (React, TypeScript, Python, AWS).
• Proactive Ownership: Comfortable making autonomous technical decisions and driving features from zero to one.
• Versatility: Brings a full-stack mindset to every task, bridging frontend interactions and backend reliability seamlessly.
• Problem-Solver: Eager to tackle any challenge, learn new technologies, and push our product forward.
