Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Clutch Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our platform. Your deep understanding of cybersecurity and NHIs will be instrumental in building trust with clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical lead during the sales process, articulating the capabilities and advantages of Clutch Security's platform to prospective clients.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer requirements and design customized solutions that address their specific NHI security challenges.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and functionality of our platform.
  • Proof of Concept Management: Lead and manage proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring alignment with customer success criteria and delivering clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on NHI security matters.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the Product Management team to inform product enhancements and ensure our solutions meet market needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales engineering role within the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of identity management, cybersecurity principles, and NHI concepts. Familiarity with cloud environments, APIs, and related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
